[BUG] Can't edit entries anymore

Describe the bug

I use the F-droid version of APS, and installed it first on January 6th 2026 (can't remember what the version was then, fdroid.org says it was 1.15.4)
I then created a local repo and added some entries.
Until recently I was able to edit those entries, but since what I think was version 1.16.1, now the edit button does not appear any more.
I've read in the release notes that it could be the case when the key expires, but that is not the case here (by the way I had to export the key to check for this, there seems to be no way to have information about the key with the key manager)

Is this an error on my side, or a bug within the app ?

I cannot reproduce the issue. I installed v1.15.4, created a local repo and added an entry. Then, after updating to v1.16.2, I can still edit the entry without a problem.

The edit button you are referring to, is it the pen icon in the top-right corner of the screen with the decrypted password entry?

Yes that is precisely that pen icon that is not present anymore.
To be accurate, I've updated from 1.15.4 to 1.16.1 and then to 1.16.2.
The issue has happened since 1.16.1
