Description

Trying to build a vdproj file, and calling devenv.com and getting the following error message.
Microsoft Visual Studio Version 18.1.1.
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp. All rights reserved.
The license for Visual Studio has expired.
The evaluation period for this product has ended.

Expected behavior

Should be able to build an installer project.
devenv.com solution.sln /build "Release" /project Installer.vdproj

Actual behavior

Receive this error message

Repro steps

Need to have vdproj intaller project, and then try to run a command like the following
devenv.com solution.sln /build "Release" /project Installer.vdproj

It will be fixed with the next images updates. Beta related issues.
