[Req]: Add context menu for HDD icon in status bar

What problem are you facing?

There is no quick access for hot plugging/unplugging storage devices from VM's window - neither in the menu, nor in the status bar.
The suggestion would be to simplify access to the storage devices in GUI.

How can we fix this?

Create context menu for HDD icon in status bar (HDD and FDD icons do not have menus).
The action would be to open Settings - Storage page (similar to Shared folders icon's context menu).

The main menu also might get this function in Devices submenu.

What alternatives or workarounds exist?

Usage of VM Manager is possible, but requires slightly more user actions.
