Scan line emulation #32
Description
As an offer/idea: I ported the "scan line emulation" feature from Mark Aikens' AppleII-VGA repo, so this is also available for the ∀2 Analog VGA card.

Of course you may grab any of these changes, if you wanted them for your project. I could also make a merge request. In any case, the scan lines are a nice feature. I quite like the look of these. Would be nice to have this as an "official" feature.
