cannot find environment file

I'd like to try the pipeline but did not find the environment file.
Could you add them to the repo?

Thank you for your interest in EVscope! The conda environment YAML files have been added to the repository under environments/:

conda env create -f environments/evscope_env.yml
conda env create -f environments/picard_env.yml
conda env create -f environments/kraken2_env.yml
