Yellow button don’t stay in place

Hi,
I am having problem with my iPad and my ROOT robot. I have them for a couple of years and this is my first issue with it.
My students are sliding the yellows buttons stage 1, and they don’t stick to the blue button when. So they can’t program at all. They can’t make a route. Thanks for the support.
