ProcessStartInfo ENVIRONMENT & UseShellExecute

Hi,

You may have an issue on InternalRun(string cmd, string workingdir, bool bRedirectStreams).
You plan to setup env variable for starting new process this way...
p.StartInfo.EnvironmentVariables[key] = mEnvironmentVariables[key] as string;
.. but since you setup p.StartInfo.UseShellExecute = false; to redirect stderr/stdin, the process will in fact take env variable from current one.

This fix let me transfer proper cm.exe location that is not in global PATH env. variable..

                foreach (string key in mEnvironmentVariables.Keys)
                {
                    //p.StartInfo.EnvironmentVariables[key] =
                    //    mEnvironmentVariables[key] as string;

                    Environment.SetEnvironmentVariable(key, mEnvironmentVariables[key] as string);
                }

Simple: using client in a portable way, without installer, I have to indicate explicitly path to cm.exe.

In Program.cs of CmdRunnerExample, I expected this to work

            //to find cm.exe, we have to add an exra env. var. to PATH
            CmdRunner.SetEnvironmentVariables(new Hashtable {
                { "PATH", Environment.GetEnvironmentVariable("PATH") +
                string.Join(";",new DirectoryInfo("C:\\<path-to-all-plastic-clients\\")
                .GetDirectories("*", SearchOption.TopDirectoryOnly)
                .OrderByDescending(d=>d.LastWriteTimeUtc)
                .First().FullName)}
            });

For this CmdRunner.SetEnvironmentVariables to be useful and since you set UseShellExecute to false, it seems that in fact you have to set extra env variables to current process for the new process to get them..

Do you see what I mean?
