developing fireside token into a major launchpad project

@kokkalis I think that currently the utility of the fireside token launched by pi coreteam is not optimal in its use, I really hope that the fireside token as an initial project of pi coreteam can be developed further by collaborating with launchpad so that it becomes a hidden gem of real utility from pi network that is very much in demand by internal and external users.
