Network error submitting a job #50
Description
Hi, I'm trying to annotate single-cell RNA-seq (mouse) datasets using CyteType, running locally via VSCode. However, I come across a connection error when submitting the annotation job.
I'm unsure if this is related to a VPN/firewall restriction or a database connection issue when running locally. Any advise on how best to resolve this or if additional configuration is required for local connections?
