Newer versions of FINE added the following features that is not yet implemented in ensysmod: - operationRateMin, investIfBuilt, opexIfBuilt, etc. - balanceLimit (replaces yearlyLimit) - other data types for cost parameters (enables different costs for a component in different regions) - investment periods and stock commissioning (replaces myopic optimize), see example: https://github.com/FZJ-IEK3-VSA/FINE/tree/master/examples/PerfectForesight
