Push Notifications

Leverage the Apple Push Notifications System (APNS) to inform a user about:

• new race from joined chapter
• update about joined race
• messages and any communication from MGP (with the goal of replacing emails)
• about new features and season updates

• Add APNS feature on AppStore Connect etc
• Implement registration boilerplate in app project
• Design deeplink system on iOS app / Backend will provide raw JSON (slim) objects
