Code refactoring issues

Services

• ContentViewService logic should be moved to AppSettingsService
• AttributeService shoud be merged with LdapPropertiesService
• MenuService should be removed
• UserCreateService should be renamed

Attribute editor

• LdapAttributesProxyHandler should not manage special-way-formed names (i.e $entitydn) to get an original values.

Sidebar

• Sidebar must be universal between ldap browser and settings windows
