Some systems failed to build for Quicklisp dist

Building with SBCL 2.6.1 / ASDF 3.3.5 for quicklisp dist creation.

Trying to build commit id a5cef84

data-frame fails to build with the following error:

Unhandled UIOP/PACKAGE::NO-SUCH-PACKAGE-ERROR in thread #<SB-THREAD:THREAD tid=1552918 "main thread" RUNNING {1200030003}>: No package named STREAMING-STATISTICS

data-frame/tests fails to build with the following error:
