Prevent automatic updates: Add mtp-filler program for devices that use mtp

Hi, I've made a program that fills the storage of devices that use mtp to communicate e.g. the newer kindles. It works on windows, linux and mac and even has a GUI I've just added. I'd like to add it to the wiki if possible.

If you still want to do that it's totally fine, but right now I'm also working on a merge that includes this page, it's 3rd in line right now, could take a second though so feel free to do whatever you want!
