[Bug]: an error occurred while trying to teleport you. Please report this bug.

### What happened?

I was trying to play the mod. I popped down a quartz door. I tried to go through it and got that error message. Please for the love of god tell me there is a fix for this. The issue persists across worlds. It is incredibly frustrating.
