Add upload dialog to let users compare their own CSV files

Users should be able to upload their own CSV files.

1. User selects multiple CSV files and/or drags them into TACO
2. A modal window appears where the user can re-order the files in the correct time line
   • In ideal case the timestamp can be extracted from the file name
3. Calculate diff tables and show changes
