[Bug]: Conda release blocked by non-lowercase package name

Bug Report

Conda build fails in the release workflow because the Conda package name in conda-recipe/meta.yaml is not lowercase. Conda requires package/name to be lowercase, but the recipe currently uses CodeEntropy.
