(I'm aware that I can find the content that a specific user created by searching for: {created_by:Lastname-Firstname})

Give us the possibility to search for users.
Therefore, having the actual User Profile as a Search Result.

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

In the user profile page it's easier to find pages that were changed by a user.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

I’m an Begineer PHP/Laravel developer and am working on this feature. I plan to modify the global SearchController to include users and update search results UI to show user profiles with avatar and link.
Before I open a PR, do you have suggestions on how user results should be shown (e.g., separate section or integrated with regular results)?

Thanks for offering up a PR @muhammadshaharyaraulakh, but I'm not sure this is something I'd yet look to include.
Based on experience, The listing/searching of user profiles by normal users could already be considered problematic in many environments. It's allowed in some certain cases, tied to certain permission controls, but they don't really make sense for something like this, so we'd also probably need extra options or permission controls, and based on the current low desire I don't think it's worth adding at this time.

It may be better suited to a customization rather than a default native functionality.
