Improve logo - must haves and nice to haves

This current logo is a placeholder.

A final logo must:

• have BikeNetKit written on it. Could also be vertically ordered like:
  Bike
  Net
  Kit
• convey that it is a set or collection of tools (i.e. a toolkit)
• be simple / little noisy (ideally simpler or less noisy than the current one), so it works well for different resolutions, down to 64x64.

Nice to haves - a final logo could:

• have a better aspect ratio = less elongated, more quadratic
• convey that it has to do with cycling
• convey that it has to do with networks

Removed the help and first issue labels, as this will be really a task for the webdev, to be consistent with the website and general concept.
