Idols spawning conditions

Idol enemies appear to spawn in villages, ignoring the NPC spawnrate reduction mechanic.
They have also been reported to spawn indoors.

Additionally, idols can still appear during events like solar eclipse or celestial pillar, where they are otherwise supposed to never appear.

I have fixed them being able to spawn in towns and in front of player background walls.

Idol spawning conditions are mostly fixed, but they still spawn during invasions and events.
