Document deploying PDS to PaaS

Various PaaS systems like Fly and Railway make it very simple for people to run a PDS.

I’m interested in getting documentation for Fly and Railway in particular.

I know that Frontpage has PDS on Fly, and I assume running on Railway could be similarly possible.

I’d be interested in running a PDS on Cloud Run, I think I saw it was possible. Does the scale to zero not break things, basically
